
For a month i have been having cereal and milk for lunch since i make a habit to have"heavy breakfast" everyday.But with cereals,it invites ants. Therefore, i have switched to 2 slices of fruits accompanied by fruit juice. Also, i remember to drink a bottle of plain water everyday.Ive even cut down on my snacking of tidbits and "kuehs" to plain crackers. My aim? well to lose weight of course! to slim down to 46kg. Oh to add on to the weight lose target,i went to the Gym today and will continue to do so.
Insyallah,by Eid i will be slimmer =)
