On Wednesday 20th January, it was my brother's 16th birthday. We had a mini celebration for him. Now, whats a birthday without a birthday cake right? So i being the wonderful sister, made a raspberry ice cream cake.The cake turned out good but was a lil bit too sweet.Making an ice cream cake is very easy as it doesnt require any baking or lots of ingredients. All thanks to the cute boy who taught me how to make an ice cream cake via You Tube.
