I'll take ____________ advice of wearing mittens when i sleep at night.. YES MITTENS.. no kidding..
i have to stop this habit of unconsciously scratching myself till i leave scars all around.. well due to the medication I've been taking, my skin becomes dry and sometimes when i get itches, I'll tend to scratch too hard that sometimes i bleed. OH i have to consider putting on mittens on all 4 paws of the cat at home cause it too adds to the scratch marks on me.. =P
